Silver Package – Set Up & Drop Off 


    • Each event will have disposable chaffers, the steam pan, and 1 sterno per entree (additional sternos are available), all chef extras will be left in a recyclable polyethalene bowl or display.   During the peak summer season we will require a 75 person minimum on any Saturday event (June to September) 

Gold Package – Traditional Crank’s Catering


  • All events will come presented with our elegant high – low tiered style, our silk floral arrangements, and our heavy duty chaffers.  Each party will also delivered and set up by our uniformed staff member.   You will have the option to add on additional servers to handle bussing, serving, bartending, or anything you need!  Any party over 100 people will have a staff member on site to maintain the buffet.
